Anthem's Transparency in Coverage Machine Readable File Information https://www.anthem.com/machine-readable-file/search Transparency in Coverage (TIC) regulations require health insurers and group health plans to create machine readable files (MRFs) that contain the negotiated rates for in-network providers and allowed amounts derived from historical claims for out-of-network providers and make those files publicly available. To view the City of Cincinnati's MRFs, please go to Anthem's website https://www.anthem.com/machine-readable-file/search and enter the City of Cincinnati's Employer Identification Number (EIN) in the search box to find City of Cincinnati MRFs. For assistance with the City's EIN please ask your department's payroll liaison or contact Risk Management at 513-352-2418.
