Login with your City Email Credentials

If you have a City of Cincinnati email please login using the "City Email Login" button. You will be connected to your Microsoft account where you will enter your credentials. This method will allow you to access the system without utilizing a username and password setup for CoCbenefits.

If you do not have a City of Cincinnati email, please click "Login". You must enter your CoCBenefits username and password to access the site.

Username: COC + Employee Id #
Your initial Password is the 1st two letters of your first name, the 1st two letters of your last name (all upper case), and the last 4 numbers of your SSN. You must change this immediately upon logging in.

New Hire/New Promotion/Qualifying Life Event Information

The Employee Benefits Packet can be found here. This packet can be provided to employees electronically prior to their start date. The New Hire packet includes all benefit required notices, for employees who will not have immediate access to email.

Once you have been entered into CHRIS as a new hire, a rehire, or a newly eligible employee, please click the appropriate login button to enroll. The same is true if you have a qualifying life event. (Some examples of a Qualifying Life Event includes Birth or adoption of a child, marriage, loss or gain of other coverage, etc.)

Please remember, employees have 30 days from their date of hire or from the date you became benefits eligible to complete their benefits enrollment. Ability to log into CoCBenefits.com is contingent upon the department promptly entering new employees into CHRIS.

Anthem's Transparency in Coverage Machine Readable File Information https://www.anthem.com/machine-readable-file/search Transparency in Coverage (TIC) regulations require health insurers and group health plans to create machine readable files (MRFs) that contain the negotiated rates for in-network providers and allowed amounts derived from historical claims for out-of-network providers and make those files publicly available.
